He/she will perform problem diagnostics and initiate problem resolution. He/she will utilize VMWare and Tivoli Provisioning Manager for server provisioning. In addition, this individual will perform Windows based server product evaluations such as: new operating system releases and technologies to accommodate business requirements; server consolidation, refresh, and migration efforts; and coordinate operating system and server activity with multiple groups.
